| The
Versa Clamp is the most versatile guardrail C-Clamp in the market place for Fall Protection. Use it on parapets as well as concrete slabs to provide the Fall Protection the workers deserve. |

|
| The
StealthRail is a collapsible portable guard
rail system. The most versatile guard rails in the industry
and they exceed OSHA regulations. The StealthRail is a collapsible
guard rail section for the SafetyRail 2000 Guardrail System.
Its one-way pivot assembly allows the guardrail to fold on to
a surface and then not exceeding a vertical plane when in the
upright position. A detent pin on each pivot assembly locks
the rails in the upright position. |

|
| The ParaRail
(PATENT PENDING) was developed for total access to the parapet
wall for maintenance/ installation on security cameras, lights
or antennas. Each ParaRail is custom manufactured to the specific
size parapet of the structure. Outriggers are mandatory when
using the ParaRail even when used in a continuous run. Use it
for permanent placement or use it as a portable fall protection
system from one location to another. |

|
| The Grab Bar
allows for easy egress and ingress of roof hatches and floor hatches. Install the Grab
Bars as an option to the Fall Protection Hatch Kits and make it easier and safer for
workers. The Grab Bar mounts to an open receiver on the SafetyRail 2000 base. Adjust
the width of the bars to the width of the ladder inside the hatch or a little wider.
Lock the Grab Bars into place with the securing pin and tighten the friction collar
and your done. The Mount Pad is adjustable and enables the bars to be used when curbs
are place in front of the hatch or on uneven surfaces. Note: Roof Hatch Kits will need
longer side rails when using the Grab Bar. Contact the factory to size the Hatch Kit.

| The Safety
Strip provides a visual warning and protects against
bumps almost anywhere. The bright safety yellow foam strips
identify and cushion bump points on any condition that needs
Safety/Caution signage with an additional need for cushioning. |
 |
| The SG2000
(PATENT PENDING) is BlueWater Mfg’s newest gate product.
It is a sliding gate that can be used in place of our swing
gates when there is not enough clearance to allow for a swing
gate to open. |
 |
|
| The “StepRail”
enables a continuous run of SafetyRail 2000 when the roof “steps”
up or down. |
 |
| The “Raised
Mid-Rail” is used to fit over duct work and keep
a continuous run of SafetyRail2000. Thus, reducing the need
for outriggers at the interruption. |
 |
|
| The BlueWater Self-Closing Safety Gate is tough, durable and best of all, economical, reliable, easy to install, and more closely matches the railings and their dimensional requirements provided for by Federal OSHA. |
|
|
| The LP Outrigger
is used to continue a run of SafetyRail 2000 when ducting or
conduit does not allow for a rail section to be used. The outrigger
is placed under the object to continue the run, thus eliminating
the needed outriggers when discontinuing the run. It also can
be used as an outrigger when there is not enough available space
for a standard rail outrigger. We do not recommend using the
LP Outrigger as a standard outrigger. It creates a trip hazard
and should only be used when all other options are exhausted. |
|
|
| The Finishing Rail is used to abut an access ladder. The 'D'
Extension keeps the bases away from the ladder landing, thus eliminating a trip
hazard at the egress/ingress point of the ladder that the bases may cause. Using
two of these rails makes a great ladder access walkway that meets OSHA regulations.
Adding a SafetyRail 2000 Gate creates a secured access area. We can manufacture to
your needs. The most common size is 7ft long. This will bring the access point
beyond the 6' OSHA set back from the leading edge. |
